NetNewsWire goes free when it used to cost around $20.00. This used to be my RSS reader of choice 3 year ago, but now i prefer Vienna or Newsfire. If you haven’t tried it, give it a try.

I waited for quite some time before purchasing NetNewsWire. I found it’s functionality and syncing capabilities great since I could read my feeds at home and then come into work (where my Mac is not allowed on the network ) and continue reading where I left off. I did not like reading my feeds in the browser as the work network slows to crawl during lunch so I am happy that FeedDemon is now also free.

I left netnewswire because it would sometimes skip post for no reason, other than that is was good.

Do you know if they have fixed that issue?
