So, do traditional spinning harddrives get all goofy in zero gravity? And if so then I assume a solid state would not have this problem. Would anyone like to send me into orbit with two Airs to test this out? Lemme know.

Of course - though given the price I wish there was a 32gB option. I would be fine with that much in a laptop

SSD is pretty new technology and expensive. It will go down over time.

I was wondering about the difference with the hard drives. Thanks for the video. I’m a bit disappointed with the hard drive size though. But I guess that is given at its size. That is what external hard drives are for huh?

You’ve made me change my mind about the value of SS drives. Especially considering that in the Air, the alternative is a slow, iPod drive, it really looks like it’s worth it.
