I’m currently using a cheapo screen protector for my iPhone and I find myself constantly cleaning it. Very annoying! Thanks for the recommendation.

I have a similar one for my iPod Touch, only the back isn’t fully covered.

I bought a similar screen cover for my PSP which works well but I don’t see why these plastic based products can’t be made out of more smudge resistant material to begin with.

Thanks for that review, I will definitly check it out. I presume it also protects from scratchs? But the I havn’t really heard of peoples iPhones or iPod Touches getting scratched on the glass surface. Also, I was wondering what the protector feels like under the finger? I have used Invisible Sheilds and they are really good but have tacky, sort of soft plastic, feel which isn’t so nice under the finger.

oh, to be clear, my wife and I have the sets made for the iPod Touch, not the iPhone, so the comment about the back piece may or may not apply.

My wife has the anti-glare and I hadn’t noticed this feature, but now that you mention it. I imagine it has to do with the uneven surfaces that make the smudges “appear” not to be there. I say appear because we always lose oil from our fingertips and I’m sure that your anti-glare has the oil on it, it just doesn’t show it like the crystal set. I have the crystal set as I like my images with high contrast and sharp and the anti-glare dulls it down a bit, as you might imagine. I do like the films but only wish they made the back piece of film a little bigger. I assume it’ll only work on flat surfaces, but there’s still a good centimeter or so all the way around the film that is flat and could (should) be covered. Yes the crystal set does show smudges, but it’s still better than the set that came with our DLO clear cases. The crystal set really is crystal clear. The DLO set had a strange moire pattern when the screen was off.

I absolutely love this anti-glare protective film. The matte finish gives the iPhone screen more clarity, in my honest opinion.

I highly recommend this to any iPhone user!

I wonder how long the life of the film is and what it does to the glass in the long term
I’m all for pure iphone, unswaddled and pristine, even an invisible film makes me wary.

Where can you buy this film? I have been looking for something to put over my screen for awhile now, but everything I have found has felt a little “sticky.” Meaning the my finger doesn’t move around the screen as smoothly as without the film. Have you had any problems with the anti-glare film making your finger scrolls feel “sticky?”

That sounds incredible! I don’t remember seeing the anti-glare option when I bought my iphone. I currently have the crystal film set and can’t stand the mess. It’s either carry a bottle of windex around with me or buy the anti-glare film set. I’m ordering the film set now! Thanks!
